PHYSICAL BENEFITS AND FITNESS FROM NAMAZ

Allah has bestowed many benefits and physical fitness of the human body in HIS order of Namaz.

The human body remains fit and safe from physical and mental rapid degradation if ones perform the prayer of Namaz with full sincerity and satisfaction.

NAMAZ AND YOGA

It is scientifically proved that human being performed yoga exercises for attaining mental satisfaction. During the yoga exercise, he positioned his body in different gestures and releases his mental tension. These all gesture are part of Namaz and when ones performed his Namaz with full attention then blood circulation increase and reached easily in the head which ultimately result in mental satisfaction. This proves scientifically that namaz is a good exercise for the human body.


ABLUTION

During the act of ablution;

  • With the act of ablution, the thermoregulatory system of the human body remains balanced as heat dissipates by the pores on human skin.
  • Those parts of the human body which usually remain out of our dress i.e hands, feet, face, etc are washed during ablution(five times a day) so that all germs from these parts could be clean.
  • The two holes of the human body (mouth and nose) from where most germs enter the human body are washed internally during ablution.
  • During ablution, the eyes are washed which affects the freshness of the eyesight, and as we wash eyebrows, this also reduces the chance of that disease in which the secretion of the eyes is weakened and ultimately cause the blindness.

QAYAM (STANDING POSITION OF NAMAZ)

During this act when a man stands complete 180 degrees then all the problems of the backbone are reduced to occur.

RUKU (BENDING FORWARD)

The action of Ruku with the absolute 90 degrees of the human body, reduces all types of backbone pain. All problems of the belly including the most common disease Hernia and fatty body could be prevented by performing long Ruku.

There is a jelly-type nucleus or center in-between of discs of the backbone of the human body. In the normal position of the body, it is difficult that inhale oxygen reaches to this jelly center but when a man bent forward during performing Ruku and Sajood in Namaz, then automatically some space is created for oxygen to reach this center. It is proved to be an amazing exercise for backbone problems.

SUJOOD

It is the only position when our head is lower from our lungs therefore in this position more oxygenated blood comes into our head and skull which ultimately results in the freshness of our face and eyes, and our brain gets more oxygenated blood. Also, the warmest radiations are more easily released from our brain in this position. These all attributes to mental satisfaction and freshness in our brain.

PROSTRATION (TASHUD)

During this position, our intestine, belly, and kidneys are pressed in such a way that all wastage liquid accumulated in these organs, is squeezed and drained off from these organs and preventing the chance of kidney stones. The great scientific benefits of prostration could be attain easily by posing this position at 90 degrees..

During the whole prayer, the human body can reform certain different positions in such a way that sometimes, some of our body muscles contract with the same length and with the same tension. This type of muscle exercise is nowadays considered best for fitness, especially for the large muscles.

Such activity is a blessing for those who remain sitting for the whole day in their office and their body muscles remain in the same position.

These all details show that Namaz has great scientific body benefits on human and is a best physical exercise also.
